- Implemented a process for creating video conferences in the team during fakaps, which speeded up the resolution of incidents
- Using Terraform and Ansible, I automated the raising of the “Backup Production” project in case of a possible incident
- I added steps in the Jenkins pipelines, and also rewrote some freestyle jobs on the pipeline to store in Git
